This is an important issue facing all of us in the Congress, and I really appreciate your time.

One concern that I have about the TPP is the impact on increased foreign dairy imports that we have been talking about this morning on these small dairy farmers.

I know my time is up but I'll do a follow-up question because there's a specific example I can think of where, frankly, already Europeans are purposing things that are not as onerous as what was purposed overall by the Commission.

I hope that the Commission as a whole will take a very thorough review of what happened because it can't have been what we intended with the so-called 'Designated Entity' program.

I think it's only in Washington that something as innovative and has driven so much growth and new ideas as the Internet, where we would end up with an order that essentially applies 1930s-style utility regulation.

I am against slick lawyers coming in and taking advantage of a program that was designed for a specific audience and a specific purpose.

It does have a number of good government provisions.

I also wanted to ask about the coordination between airports and airlines, and what TSA is doing to ensure effective coordination as you respond to questions from travelers on new security initiatives or modified security initiatives.

I wanted to follow up with you on what I had asked about in my opening statement, the Transportation Security Acquisition Reform Act, that we had worked on, and signed into law late last year.

I certainly do not want to be outdone by New Jersey or Minnesota.
