Russian propaganda kills. It not only kills reason and common sense, it literally kills.

It is about saying no to borders changed by force, to big countries intimidating their neighbors.

That seems to me, Mr. Chair, something we could fix.

VA exists for veterans, not for itself or the unjust enrichment of its senior employees.

If this is not what happened, then I believe a public hearing is an ideal place for them to tell us what did happen.

We have been 50th out of 50 for many years, and in 2014 I think we moved up a little bit.

My constituents are paying into this but not getting back even the full value of their dollar.

I think that is significant because this is what I hear when I reach out to schools and libraries.

I think we have made improvements, but I think we can do more.

For a state like New Hampshire, we have many rural areas, and we have really been left behind on this program.

I would hope that we would do everything possible to try and urge them to join Europe and the rest of the international community in doing everything we can to support the refugees.

I certainly believe that the number and flow of refugees poses a real threat to Europe, to the European Union.
