Our commitment to sexual assault and the risk reduction and response aspects of it really start with our director.

I am very troubled by the recent report from the Office of the Inspector General that found that nearly 1 in 5 American Peace Corps Volunteers serving around the world is sexually assaulted at some point during their service.

They have been a heavy advocate of the burden-sharing plan that now is being inputted by the EU.

I was very excited when I saw that Serbia and Kosovo had reached an initial agreement on how to move forward several years ago.
