If we ensure that the people that are taking anti-retroviral drugs also have access, especially to high protein food, then the drugs are effective.

It did not trouble me and it does not trouble me if I see a residential home sitting in the middle of an asphalt parking lot at a shopping mall out of respect to the Fifth Amendment and the property rights.

Sometimes someone will come up with a very good idea and make it more efficient.

I tell you, even the best laid plans can go awry, because we had really kind of an uprising amongst the people around those landfills.
