It means we should do whatever it takes to educate people for a lifetime at very high levels.

This program has some tax incentives, which is a fancy way for saying tax cuts for people who invest their money.

We must squeeze every penny that we have out of the Government before we ask ordinary Americans to contribute to deficit reduction.

We want real recovery.
