These grants... you will look back on this and say this is the best money we ever spent.

We've learned that you can't really leave any stone unturned.

We cannot do well if we permit that to happen.

Together we can turn this economy around and get things going again for California and for the entire country.

We need more customers around the world; that's why trade's so important.
