Smart grid technology will play a critical role in making all Americans smarter and better informed about how we use our energy.

I believe that no one is above the law and no one is above the regulations and, once we have rules in place, that they ought to be followed.

We will have development of oil and gas... but that doesn't mean that you have to turn over every rock.
