This order is issued with the restriction that it shall not confer upon Mrs. Roy any status for subsequent employment in the classified service.

Submission at this time of these additional projects for specific authorization and appropriation will afford employment for many thousands of men engaged in the building trades and allied industries.

Miss Mary Edwina Coons may be employed for one year in the classified service under the Federal Trade Commission, without regard to the civil service rules.

It was those women who carried the refinement, the moral character, and spiritual force into the West.

Not only they bore great burdens of daily toil and the rearing of families, but they were intent that their children should have a chance, that the doors of opportunity should be open to them.

Mr. Gannett has shown a high sense of public responsibility in the management of his newspapers.

These coins do not serve for circulating medium which is the real function of coins.
