Yet there are companies out there settling suits on, legal suits on this issue. So, companies don't settle unless they feel like at the end of the day they're going to be found guilty.

I agree with both of you that we need to make sure that if Chinese companies are going to do business in our country, they play by fair rules, and are subject to our processes.
