I think that, Mr. Hilton and some of the others, you raised some very valid points about inconsistencies in the ability to get treatment, and the eligibility requirements when people move.

I appreciate all of the testimony from a very wide breadth of knowledge and experience, and it has been extremely useful to us.

I want to finish this thought with Mr. Hilton.

When I was asked earlier about the issue of coal, you know, under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.

Intellectual theft is epidemic in China, and it must be addressed as we move forward in this relationship.

The U.S.-China relationship is absolutely one of the most important, obviously, in the world, and it is a relationship that must be worked out.

But the United States has to insist on its interests in this relationship; otherwise, it is one of unequal partners.

We need to focus, obviously, on our human rights values, as we interact with the Chinese.

This is a bipartisan effort. This is not going to be an issue that is going to divide us along party lines at all.

Now, you also said a second problem with this, I am sure also unintended, is that we are going to have one heck of a penalty on widows and other survivors.
