I believe I can speak to the perspective of many of them. They do not fear government regulation, they welcome it.

It should not be our goal to treat every commodity the same when it comes to regulation.

Some of our dealers want more time and then some of our dealers feel that they should be able to stay in business because they are profitable.

And we have many dealers, of course, that invested $5 million that got the cars when you guys asked them to get the cars, and so they clearly feel that they haven't been treated fairly here.

I think it is Congress' responsibility to look at the whole picture of this economic impact.
