I do think that we have some common agreement on the need to move forward here with some of the recommendations from this report.

There are people that are unemployed that at least can get unemployment, yet there are a lot of us that don't have any income at all.

And is that because people sort of take one step at a time and they think, well, our business is doing a little better, so, we'll get temporary services first?

So the answer to this woman, is, while she can't collect unemployment, you do look at including her kinds of numbers in your statistics?
