I would argue that it's most logical that NOAA should be at the head of this.
Just because we can't see underneath the oceans, we haven't seen the neglect that has existed, and that neglect is really causing us serious...
NOAA should have a strong role and a presence in the development, but also other entities, including the tribes, as sovereign participants.
We're interested in what specifically is in the actions they're going to be taking on ocean policy.
I think we're hearing, you know, from all Senators here, obviously, a strong concern that NOAA be part of any kind of national council.
We must take action now.
I think this small step toward the elimination of greenhouse gases and their contribution to ocean acidification is an example of the types ...
