The Castro-Huerta decision mitigates the effects of the 2020 Supreme Court decision of McGirt v. Oklahoma.

I am hopeful that we can remember those victims when we have this discussion.

This Huerta decision really has the potential of attacking tribal sovereignty in a lot of different parts of the country.
