I would hope you would look at that letter, and I am sure others are out there too, and look at extending that or just rescinding it altogether.

And there are companies that we all know have played by all of the rules and they are being shut down today even though they didn't do anything wrong.

Well -- yes, I think that -- you know, obviously, in a way, they need to change course, they need to go in a different direction.

I think that is very, very important because in this climate of slashing budgets and saying there is a lot of fraud, waste, and abuse everywhere, which there is in some pockets, but you have got to be careful identifying it or you end up cutting the muscle that you need to carry out the work that we are requiring.

This is what I would say to President Barack Obama, the time has come to demand a plan of action that requires a complete change from the direction you are headed.
