The PPP was well intended, poorly executed. It clearly missed the mark.

I want to thank you for the opportunity to share feedback from small business owners and lenders from Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District.

I am grateful for the SBA's work in recent weeks to implement PPP and deliver relief directly to millions of small businesses and their employees.

I am appreciative of the support provided by CARES for our Nation's farmers and ranchers through USDA and SBA.
