I was struck recently by the words of a Canadian.

It's a resounding 'no' to those who would stand pat, to the naysayers, and to the fearful who advocate protectionist barriers.

The citizens of both our countries... have benefited accordingly.

Your Excellency, Nancy and I are delighted to be in Canada again.

No two countries in the world... have as great a range of trade and investment exchanges at all levels.
