In your report, you discussed the concept called comprehensive approach. It goes beyond the concept of the whole-of-government concept that was emphasized in the QDR.

So it must not have been CBO who made the estimate that the $30 billion lending facility would produce $300 billion of loans to small business.

And the market would give us some idea of what the market thinks about interest rates.

There needs to be a coordinated activity with a common set of objectives, working together as much as possible in an organized way to achieve those objectives.
