I am running for President of the United States because the dreams of the American people must not be endangered any more.

Times are hard.

That's the change the American people need.

American policy must build on this step, to ensure that Armenia enjoys a future not merely of independence but of partnership and cooperation with the U.S. and its allies.

The Pakistani people have suffered greatly at the hands of terrorists, and are endangered by the violent extremists operating within their borders.

It's unacceptable that women in this country are losing thousands of dollars each year.

We must forge a deep and lasting partnership with Pakistan, and with nations around the world, to root out and destroy al Qaeda and its affiliates.

Today's attack demonstrates the grave and urgent threat that al Qaeda and its affiliates pose to the United States, to Pakistan, and to the security of all nations.

I do think that conditioning some of our military on the idea that you need to build a security apparatus that gains the confidence of all parties concerned as opposed to simply being an arm of one faction.

Change means keeping the promise of affordable, accessible health care for every single American.

That's why I helped pass a law in Illinois to give 330,000 more women protection from paycheck discrimination.

I want that done as quickly as possible so that we are not exposing that.

We are not looking to simply abandon them to their own devices.

Now is the time to refocus our efforts on defeating al Qaeda and securing the American people.

When I'm President, we're not going to gamble with Social Security.

I strongly condemn the tragic terrorist attack in Pakistan, and my thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families.

It strikes me that for us to deliver a message of clarity to the Iraqis and to the surrounding countries that we are not looking at a permanent occupation, but we want to partner with you to structure a stable and secure Iraq.
