I believe the EPA is a driver of innovation, pushing the industry to adopt new standards that protect the environment, improve public health and create jobs in emerging fields.

The Clean Air Act has helped improve public health by cutting down cases of asthma, heart disease and infant mortality.

They didn't come forward with any proposal at all. They even said they want to repeal the Affordable Care Act and replace it.
