In the days ahead I ask you all to be willing to provide counsel to our administration and bipartisan support to sustain the role that the United States must pursue in the world.

We have to have the support in the United States for our Government to take the lead in implementing the agreement.

We believe that the Israeli-Palestinian agreement can serve as a catalyst for progress on the other tracks.

I am very proud to have put together this outstanding group of people to serve on this Commission.

We will remain true to our commitments in that regard.

Reductions in agency internal management regulations shall be concentrated in areas that will result in the greatest improvement in productivity.
