I personally strongly advise young Americans to refrain from even the limited use of modern, super-high THC marijuana in any form.

We face a very real constitutional quandary in America.

I think it could be a very good idea... to talk about rescheduling marijuana to Schedule III or even IV.

Have you used your authority to suppress exculpatory evidence presented by CBP agents who have come under public attack and condemnation by you and the Biden administration?

The top threat to individual rights and freedoms of Americans from sea to shining sea, Mr. Wray, is the weaponization of the FBI against the American citizens that you have sworn to serve.

I'm a constitutionalist, and I support the freedom of individual Americans to determine their best course of action for medical treatment.

I have been advised that the States Reform Act protects states' rights, protects vets, regulates labeling for potency concentration.

Elections are about winning. And so, if folks want to look at these election results and decide that's where you want us to continue to be, then we're not going to do well.

Our party should be about the future. I think our next candidate will be looking to the future, not to the past, and I think our next candidate will win.

First, we're not a cult. We're not like, 'Okay, there's one person who leads our party.' If we have a sitting president, she or he will be the leader of our party.

I learned that the American people want a way forward that actually focuses on ideas, ideas that will make their lives better, not just their lives but that for future generations.

I think our party should be pointing to the future. I think our country should be.

The degree that both parties duck these big problems is the degree that the voter says, 'Pox on both your houses.'

It's just alarming when you see any kind of violence, whether it's political violence or not.

And right now, no such thing is happening.
