The establishment of the monument is subject to valid existing rights.

To interpret the struggles and achievements of the Buffalo Soldiers in their service to the United States.

She fought tirelessly for the Union cause, for the rights of enslaved people, for the rights of women, and for the rights of all.

That will make us stronger.

By designating these national monuments today, we will ensure they will continue to inspire and be enjoyed by generations of Americans to come.

So let's get this done, and let's do it in a way that keeps faith with our history and our values.

And as long as the promise of America endures, then the world's hardest workers, the hungriest entrepreneurs, they're going to keep on coming.
