I am honored to speak again today in support of millions of servicemembers and veterans whose rights are being taken away by forced arbitration.

You know the sacrifices that servicemembers and their families routinely make so that America can remain safe and free, and you understand why our federal laws must protect those who have honorably served.

I am here today to ask the Members of this Committee to step in where the federal courts have failed to follow Congress' clear intent to protect the rights of servicemembers and veterans against forced arbitration.
