Puerto Ricans should be confident that the Board's bankruptcy advisors do not have their thumb on the scale to favor certain debts where they have a self-interest and ensure integrity in the PROMESA process.

I urge support for its reauthorization.

It is our responsibility to protect the most vulnerable among us.

I want to thank Representative Roybal-Allard, who has championed this program since it was first passed more than ten years ago.
