As I am sure you are aware, during economic downturns, communities of color are almost always hit the hardest.

I think, particularly when we are talking about issues like the wealth gap, it is important that we operate and have these discussions with the context of history.

Those accommodations would be available for pregnancy, childbirth or related conditions including lactation.

We know that this framework for pregnancy accommodation works because we have seen it in action.

This hearing is, as its title indicates, long overdue. Pregnancy discrimination is not a new issue.
