We need clarity.

I don't want them to be in a position where they become so paranoid that they don't do what we, the Congress, had mandated that they do.

Thank you very much. Mr. Chairman, this hearing has been very helpful in that I think we were able to, to some degree, focus on an IG report. The IG had nine recommendations and they have all been met.

I just want to take a moment to say to the IRS employees who are watching us, and to you, Mr. Koskinen, I just want to thank you for your service.

I pray that they will, leave their political hats at the door so that Americans, all of them, will be served the way that the Congress intends for them to be served.
