Secondly, Madam President--I appreciate the answer to the first question. My guess is, though, just based on the nature of the topic, I wouldn't be surprised that most of that time is used. But when a message comes over from the House, when they pass something, whatever one characterizes that as, we don't automatically have to take that up. That can be sent to a committee or left at the desk. We don't have to vote on things that come over from the House of the nature that we are going to be voting on in the morning; is that correct? That is a decision that is made, not something that is automatic.
