The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 1275) to establish a National Foundation on Physical Fitness and Sports to carry out activities to support and supplement the mission of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, which an amendment to strike all after the enacting clause and insert in lieu thereof the following: SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``National Foundation on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition Establishment Act''. SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION. (a) Establishment.--There is established the National Foundation on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the ``Foundation'').
