If I were still representing him in this case, I would focus my attention on that because there's really been a lack of proof, from my opinion, that he is -- look, he is who he is. He was in the White House at portions of this, that he's asking or instructing or even knowing what some accountant in the Trump Organization is putting in, in the business records.
