But I want to reiterate what so many of my colleagues have said, so many of us who consider ourselves friends of Gabby, who are so proud of the work that she has done, who know what a hard fighter Gabby is and hope that she continues to pull through every day. She is a wonderful colleague, as we can see today, well respected by both sides of the aisle, well regarded by all colleagues, whether they agree or disagree, and highly well regarded back in her home community where she had another hard- fought election but came through.
