This Act may be cited as the ``Telework Enhancement Act of [2009] 2010''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Employee.--The term ``employee'' has the meaning given that term under section 2105 of title 5, United States Code. (2) Executive agency.--Except as provided in section 7, the term ``executive agency'' has the meaning given that term under section 105 of title 5, United States Code.
